iDine Smart, a hand-held order taking system eases operational activity and ensures faster service and time efficient table turn around.iDine smart is available on Android and iOS formats and is compatible with a standard mobile phone device or tablet.

The order taken at the guest table is punched onto iDine smart and a KOT is generated at the respective printer. This ensures no time is lost by the captain during service.

KOTs with desired instructions against each item that is ordered by the guestcan be generated through iDine smart.

iDine smart features generating invoices once the order is completed, this can be printed either through a Bluetooth network printers.
